Support is great and resolves issues promptly, even during weekends! There are allot of options for the free version and the developers are taking feedback from their users very seriously and they are even willing to customise the plugin for specific needs, so this plugin will become even better over time.
I recommend this plugig for every restaurant that wants to keep track of reservations without the need for the restaurant staff to have to login to the admin side of wordpress. Confirmation/Rejection and an overview after each reservation is send by email to the restaurants email.
